This policy applies to paid coaching services supplied by Cleansingfrfauna in New Zealand. Prices are on Fees (NZD, GST inclusive).
1. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you are a consumer under the CGA, our services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and be completed within a reasonable time. If there is a failure, you may be entitled to a remedy (repeat service, refund, or compensation) under the CGA. This policy does not limit those rights.
2. Orientation hour
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of any prepaid fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.
3. Session packages
Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you end the engagement with 14 days written notice and have completed fewer than half of booked sessions.
4. Missed sessions
Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered. We may offer one goodwill reschedule if you contact us promptly with a genuine reason.
5. Pause
Packages may pause for up to 60 days on request. Longer pauses may convert remaining sessions to credit valid for 6 months.
6. Our cancellation
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. We are not liable for indirect costs beyond the session fee except where law requires.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 New Zealand business days. Third-party bank fees are non-refundable.
